Your plan agreement comes first

Any SIP, share purchase or land allotment is governed by the written agreement you sign with Nexeraa. Land allotment depends on completing all instalments, the terms of that agreement, applicable law and approvals. If anything on this website differs from your agreement, the agreement applies.

Portal accounts

• Accounts are opened by Nexeraa or an authorised partner or consultant. Keep your login ID and password private and change the password you were first given.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• Records shown in the portal, such as instalments and allotment status, are for your information. Our signed agreements and official receipts are the authoritative record.
• Partners and consultants may only access accounts they manage and only for the purpose of serving those customers.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the site's security or operation, upload harmful files, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

Content and trademarks

Text, images, video and the Nexeraa name and logo belong to Nexeraa or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but not copy or reuse the content otherwise without permission.
